Residential Care Services
Individuals living in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) can benefit from Home Care Specialists services on either a temporary or long-term basis. As always, our goal is to help our clients achieve an optimal level of wellness and preserve their independence, dignity and self-esteem.
Our dedicated and well-trained staff has the experience and special skills needed to assist with the unique needs of individuals living in a RCFE, which can be an assisted living community, a retirement home or a board and care home.
We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide same day service. You can turn to us for any of the following:
Care Management
- Our professional Care Manager:
- Personally manages individual resident's needs
- Advises family concerning care of loved one
- Recommends if additional care or services are needed
Assistance with management of high-needs residents
- Assists residents with moderate to advanced levels of Dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease, and Parkinson's Disease
- Provides respite and hospice support to families in need
Transportation and escort services
- Provides assistance for "out of schedule" transportation
- Addresses special individualized escorting needs
Sitter and companion services
- Provides mental stimulation and social interaction by a trained, experienced caregiver to residents requiring one-on-one care
