My Personal Care Plan

Your needs and those of your family are unique so we customize our services to meet your exact needs. For every client we create a unique Personal Care Plan that is monitored and updated regularly. You are involved in every step of the process.

Personalized, professional care assessments

First, our professional Care Manager meets with you to help you choose the most important services for you or your loved one. We also do a no cost/no obligation assessment and safety check wherever the care will be given. At that point, a confidential personal care plan is developed that will improve your quality of life while meeting your unique needs.

You decide what days and hours work best for you. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. We have a three-hour shift minimum but no weekly minimum requirement.

Our caregivers are our employees

We will assign you to the caregiver who can serve you best. We carefully select our caregivers and all of them are employees, not hired contractors. They have passed rigorous background checks and are thoroughly trained. Our specialized care – dementia, for example – is provided by our most capable caregivers.

It is crucial for you to be comfortable with that person so you always have the option of choosing a different caregiver.

Continuing care

Once services start, we make follow-up calls to make sure everything is going according to plan and your questions and concerns, if any, are addressed. No matter what time you need to reach us, you will receive live client support.

Your Personal Care Plan may change. Our Care Managers revisit periodically to make sure the care you are receiving follows your plan. They also assess whether the plan needs updating. Some services may need to be expanded; others may no longer be needed.

As always, you are involved in any reassessment and must approve any changes.

Time and billing

We offer flexible billing options. No deposit is needed and there is no weekly minimum requirement. You decide what days and hours work best for you.

You are billed twice per month for our services. You are not responsible for paying the caregiver, we are responsible for this. We accept most credit cards and will work with clients to make sure they receive the long-term care benefits due them.

Our flexible billing options:
  • No deposit, no weekly minimums;
  • Extra 30 days to pay with a valid credit card;
  • Qualified veterans and their spouses get help in obtaining the VA Aid & Attendance Pension.
